Our process servers make attempts during the times most likely to result in successful service. Residential service is often attempted during mornings, evenings, and weekends when a subject is more likely to be home. If you have information about the best time to attempt service, let us know and we will use that information to guide our efforts.

Sentinel provides you with a PDF copy of the completed return, and a hard copy can also be mailed to you. Because we do not have direct login access to every court system, the document is typically filed by the client or the client’s office with the clerk.
Our Affidavit of Diligence provides detailed documentation of the service efforts made by the process server. It may include attempt history, service notes, and supporting information gathered during the course of the assignment. This can be helpful when additional proof of effort is needed.
